Nestled in picturesque Arnold California you will find this amazing hangout spot. Craft beers and tasty food can be found here. Myself I have been making the trip to Arnold for over 15 years just to get their Apricot wheat ale into my belly. The place has a stove for ambiance, dance floor, and a huge bar. They serve their craft beers on tap or you can buy some to go. The staff is super friendly and I always meet amazing humans when I stop by. Only closed on MONDAYS, so great for a weekend trip to the redwoods.
Great service and food! We got the chicken salad which was huge and tasty, burgers and nachos with pork. All were tasty and we had leftovers too. They are very kid friendly too with a kids toy section, booster seats and high chairs.
We stopped by today and had a couple of beers. The young lady that was working was alone and having to deal with serving; the restaurant, the patio and the bar, also. She did an amazing job taking care of everyone by herself!! Excellent job for having a 14 month baby at home. Great job!!
Stopped in for some brews since we were staying right across the street and it was super easy to walk over. We had the bison chili and we also ordered the snowshoe burger. Our bartender knew we wanted to split so she had the kitchen split the burger and fries on two plates and split the chili in two bowls. That was nice! We loved both dishes but honestly I've never had better chili, ever. I'm not really a chili person because it can vary so much so it's never consistent but on her recommendation, we ordered it. Very meaty and very tasty, not gamey, but just flat good. The burger was pretty standard but they didn't skimp on the meat. Was nice and juicy and really a very good burger. I just bumped them up from 4 to 5 stars because my mouth is watering again just writing this :)
I got the Snowshoe Burger and fries (forgot to take a pic). Food was great, as well as the candy rock beer. Everyone working was very friendly, great service as well. Id come back again and would recommend anyone in the area to give it a try!
